The staff were exceptional, also gave me an update as the room wasn't ready on arrival. Room is great, upgrade has smart TV, and WiFi is good

AC was hard to control, too cold for me and I couldn't change it

The hotel is in a good location with shops and eateries nearby. Hotel premises and the rooms are clean. Their breakfast spread has improved a lot. Very friendly staffs. Batam Grand Mall is a 10 mins drive away.

Their swimming pool is very small. It would be great if they could improve their swimming pool.

The room when I entered is hot the main issues is the aircond make noise than they fixed No breakfast n the price to exp sive

The service from them were good just the facilities n room rent to expensve
