The location of the hotel is not bad. And the WiFi works well

the reception and servicer are the worst one of all that i met. First day, while we arrived the hotel, there was nobody at reception, we have to wait around half an hour. the second day, we didn't go outside, and told the reception by phone that we would continue living here, and will pay the money later or while check out, however, the servicer came to knock the door with POS machine asked for money at deep night 1:30 AM, it's AM 1:30 !!! same story happend at the third day again. Cant believe and understand ! So uncomfortable booking.
