Ocean Cliff Hotel Negril Limited

Spotlessly clean, excellent staff - shout out to Kimon and also my waitress for dinner on Tuesday evening (I’ve forgotten your name - sorry!) - she was so pleasant and attentive without being intrusive. Lovely setting surrounded by sea.

Small thing, but fridge and aircon could have been quieter. Also they had run out of steak on the menu although it was quite early in the evening - I had my heart set on it! The alternative was good though. Music was a little loud at night but not sure if it was the hotel or a venue beside the hotel.

The property was beautiful and serene. It was very private and we felt transported to a place unlike the rest of Negril. The room was very large and clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I thought the presentation of the robes and beach towels was cute. The air conditioning was nice and cold. The restaurant was comfortable and the food was delicious. The workers were very friendly and welcoming. The housekeepers were very accommodating with the time for cleaning the room. We appreciated the refrigerator in the room and the use of the microwave in the restaurant. The pool was nice and the lights at night were also nice. We loved that it was adults only! Stacy Ann showed concern about the issues we endured in the room.

The beach area was dirty looking and uninviting, no chairs in the beach area as in the pictures. We were not sure if it was even safe to swim there. The toilet was always running and would not flush. We needed to constantly remove the tank cover and adjust the thing that covered the hole in order to flush the toilet. There were cockroaches in the bathroom one night, crawling from underneath the cabinet and up the wall. Water came through the closed bathroom window when it rained (2 nights) and covered the bathroom floor. The front desk personnel brought us A towel for the water and said he was off!?. The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor, everytime we showered. The phone in the room never worked. The hotel employees were very nonchalant about the issues and did not appear to think the issues were that important. Also we were not told the used/dirty robes and beach towels needed to be returned to the front desk upon checkout, weird and annoying at the last minute.

From the moment I arrived the Staff and employees were welcoming and pleasant The rooms were very appealing and accommodating, the pool is the center piece and gorgeous The food was delicious on the Hotel property and all around outside

Beautiful rooms set in a wonderful garden. Very peaceful and quiet. Ideal location for exploring the surrounding areas

It's one of the few places that we have stayed that is actually better in person than pictures. Really a gem and looking forward to spending a quiet and relaxing visit again. BTW compliments to the chef and kitchenstaff. They really can cook! Ultra clean grounds, room and no bugs to deal with.

I have no real complaints

Customer service was great from the moment you walk through the door. Tameka was amazing. We were in a roof top apartment. Loved the room, bed was very comfortable and the outdoor area was very relaxing. I loved the pool watching the sunset in the evenings. I will definitely return.

The property is near the main so it can get a little noisy sometimes.
