"The lodge is not a 4 star as it is showing on the website, please rectify that."

Customer service was very bad, when we arrived no one was there and we waited for an hour calling with no answer. Eventually the owners arrived no apologies or and what so ever, Her exact words was "Your room is 103 and check out at 9:30 and leave the key at the post box". We didn't even get a welcome to the place. It stated that there is a generator but not we had bath in the dark, there was no generator. They should specify that they operate Monday to Friday, not to say reception is is closed on weekends. Cause we can't wait hours to get help, as if we were there to ask for favours. If we paid we expect to get good service, and we didn't get 4 star service at all. And will definitely not recommended the place to anyone.

We enjoyed our stay at the lodge. The dinner and breakfast were lovely and good value for money. The hosts were very friendly and helped us out to sterilise bottles for our baby.

We like some natural light in the rooms and dining area.
