The hotel is very beautiful and comfortable. Brie Ann was so nice and helpful. We loved the rooms, the decoration and how clean everything was.

Perfect staff. Perfect decor. Perfect rooms. Perfect location. And perfect bathrooms. We had never been to Bisbee and picked this location because of the proximity to everything. But we were so happy to find such a gem in Bisbee. We’ll be back!!!

My apologies for not remembering the hostess' name, but she is excellent. Assisted us each time we had questions, & if did not know the answer, offered to make phone calls for us.

None that we can think of.

It was a lovely building and the rooms are beautiful. We had 3 rooms for a group of 7 of us and all the rooms had plenty of room and lovely accommodations. We will definitely stay there again in the future.

My only issue is needing to be just at a little more ADA friendly. There was a no way to use my wheelchair or walker due to the hotel being up a flight of stairs. I did know this going to Bisbee because of how old the buildings are and how hilly everything is. I can walk, but need assistance but I also know at some point I will no longer be able to visit Bisbee and that does make me sad.

The location was prime, right in the middle of Old Bisbee. The room was spacious and very well appointed. The mattress was extremely comfortable and the pillows were wonderful!

Exceptional hotel The renovations that were recently completed have transformed this quaint and comfortable historic hotel into something truly remarkable. The luxurious new bedding, thick Turkish towels, beautiful furnishings, always pleasant staff, and great location make this hotel truly special. We can't wait to stay here again.

So unique, cozy and great location

Enjoyed our stay at the Letson. The managers and owner were very responsive when we got locked out of our room after hours! The room was beautiful and comfortable. If you want quiet, ask for a room towards the back of the hotel. Our room faced the street and it was a bit noisy - didn’t bother us because we were prepared. Thank you to BreeAnn and Caron!
