Gerald and Emilia were exceptionally helpful in every way possible. The servers in the dining room were also exceptional and the food was delicious. Jeremy created a dining experience that was so wonderful.

The location is very nice

There some concerns regarding the management of the hotel. I observed several issues that indicate a lack of proper oversight and attention to detail. These issues included having ants in our room, leaking toilet, rundown facilities in the shower and bathroom.
