Norte Nosara - Steps to Playa Guiones

I recently had then pleasure of staying at Norte during my visit to Nosara, from the moment I arrived I was blown away with the impeccable services, beautiful amenities and overall attention to the details, this hotel exceeded all my expectations in every way The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making me feel like a valued guest from the very beginning, they were always available to assist with any requests or questions and their genuine warmth and professionalism added a personal touch to my stay

This place is simply AMAZING in its understated simplicity and peacefulness!! It's EVERYTHING the US is not. Ari and Virginia were suberb hosts and it's my new go to in Nosara!! Best bed in Costa Rica me thinks too :)

I LOVED our stay. The room was clean and inviting and I enjoyed the outdoor seating each day. The food was fantastic, fresh and healthy. The location was great, close to restaurants and the beach. The yoga Shala was exceptional. Wish I stayed longer..

It was perfect

The property was located in a great area of Guiones and super close to the beach. The hotel is small and super nice. My room was clean, big and had a great bathroom. the service of the hotel was the best. the people working there were super friendly and always willing to help.

I enjoyed the complementary breakfast e.g. the Acai/Dragon ball from Mena at the bar of the hotel. I loved the location of the hotel in Nosara. I loved the thoughtfulness and kindness of Virginia at the reception of the hotel.

I didn’t like the beds nor the poor construction of my room as insects were able to enter through the door. I hated not to have a coffee machine in my room and that I had to wait 8 am to get an espresso that wasn’t free! Coffee needs to be free when you pay over $200/night in Costa Rica which is a major coffee distributor. I didn’t like the attitude of Ari the Spanish guy working at Norte who treated me with a lack of respect. He was nice until he was not, he lost it and never apologized for his words. Not a professional behavior at all. Just be aware of that.

We absolutely loved our stay at Norte! An ideal location with activities going on every day. the breakfast bowls were amazing and so were the fresh cocktails at night. Hotel staff went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect. Very relaxing vibe and made our trip a vacation we’ll never forget! Highly recommend to anyone traveling to Nosara.
