"Very good"

What I like most are the staff, most specifically Kayla (receptionist). They are welcoming, warm and they greeted us everytime they saw us. They also made sure our needs were attended every single time. They were prompt, concise, & fast even when we requested it in the middle of the night. I also liked the breakfast buffet. Although, the actual restaurant was currently under renovation, the food — taste, variety, & options made up for it. I felt safe staying at Watergate Hotel. The door to our room is secured and there was a safe inside where we were able to store our valuables.

I was expecting the beds to be comfortable but the mattresses were so firm & hard, it took us days to adjust and had good sleep.

Location and ambiance plus cleanliness of the property.

Very old / faded bath towels that is in dire need of change, being the property is 7years old . Sewer smell in the bathroom coming from the pipes.
