The property was really lovely and staff were friendly. Breakfast was outstanding at the tea rooms downstairs.

The only problem was the stairs were steep ok for me, however my 78 mum found them tricky but didn’t spoil the stay.

Fantastic location, perfectly pleasant staff and room and accommodation were spotlessly clean. Bed was comfy, and facilities all worked well.

My only criticism was that it was hot through the night, but thats my own fault for not opening the window and because I am used to cold house.

Location could not have been better Staff were brilliant, extremely friendly and helpful Food was fabulous, dining area was lovely Have already booked to return Would happily recommend to anyone, loved our stay thank you

Fabulously clean. Room overlooked the Pavilion Gardens and Opera House. Staff were very helpful. Lovely big bathroom eith bath, shower and bidet
