Great overall experience

Just to improve on breakfast. The pool area was quite uncomfortable.

From the moment we arrived, Mohammed made our stay truly unforgettable. His warm welcome, genuine kindness, and constant attention to detail set the tone for a wonderful experience. Every day, he went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy — whether it was remembering our preferences, offering helpful suggestions, or simply checking in to see if we needed anything. Mohammed’s professionalism is matched by his sincerity. He made us feel valued as guests and treated us like family. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and passionate about their work. Because of him, our stay was not just enjoyable — it was special. Thank you, Mohammed, for your exceptional service. You are a credit to the hotel, and we can’t wait to return! J’ai passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel était accueillant et toujours disponible. La chambre était propre, confortable et bien équipée.

L'Hotel si trova nelle vicinanze della spiaggia, a soli 3 minuti a piedi. Fuori dal hotel ci sono molti ristorantini locali, dove poter mangiare qualcosa di tipico a poco prezzo, e tanti negozietti per fare un po' di shopping. Hanno anche un generatore che è un bene, perché non tutti gli alberghi ne possiedono uno e spesso manca la luce a Nungwi.

Per essere un 4 stelle la colazione è poco variabile e allo staff della colazione manca spesso un sorriso sulla faccia.

Unfortunately, nothing stood out in a positive way during this stay either.

My second stay confirmed that this hotel has serious and recurring problems. The service is consistently disappointing the staff showed no professionalism, no courtesy, and no willingness to help. Any question or request was met with impatience or annoyance, which made the whole atmosphere extremely unpleasant. The power issues were constant once again, with electricity cutting off randomly at different times of the day and night. It’s impossible to relax when the lights, air conditioning, or outlets stop working without warning. What’s even worse is that the problem seemed exclusive to this hotel, since everything around had power. The Wi-Fi, which they proudly advertise, was still completely unavailable. Not weak simply non-existent. It’s misleading to claim to offer internet access and then provide nothing at all. The room conditions were below standard: outdated equipment, uncomfortable bedding, and mediocre cleanliness. For the price they charge, the experience is absolutely not worth it.
