Logis Hôtel & Restaurant & Bar LE COTTAGE

We used this hotel for an overnight stop , taking le shuttle the next day . Really friendly staff, lovely lady who seemed to be running the place herself. Food was good although a Lyle on the expensive side for the quality , pint of beer was 9 euros however yet a glass of wine 4 euros , a little confusing. Accommodation basic but functional. The location was excellent , literally 5 mins from the shuttle. I would stay here again .

Restaurant was very nice, as well as a lady on the reception. Very neat outdoor location with lots of flowers.Comfortable bed. Breakfast was ok Room was clean.

Lack of towels, everything is very rundown, Our toilet flushing system was acting odd.

Exceptional value for money . Perfect for one night stay when departing or arriving at ferry terminal . Convenient location . Basic but clean and comfortable .Friendly helpful staff . Secure parking onsite at no extra charge.

Dated decor but this is reflected in the price .

Where do I begin? Booking stated breakfast included and that pets are welcome. No indication of additional fees or what they are even when I sent the additional message stating I am travelling with a dog. Check in was ridiculously slow (no queue, just slow process) After I payed for the room and about to go to the room the staff member say "oh, I forgot to charge you for the dog " and the asked for another 20€. In the morning when I went to breakfast after I was already seated the receptionist came to tell me breakfast wasn't included. OK, maybe it was my mistake so I left. I then confirmed that indeed my booking says it is, but at this point I did want it anymore but thought I'd let the receptionost know at checkout. I've politely shown my booking confirmation just to flag it but the receptionist responded angrily immediately without even showing any interest of looking into it or accepting it. I left anyway and he then came after me into the car park with an even more rude attitude pointing at a piece of paper. At this point I told him to go somewhere in an equally rude manner. Absolutely ridiculous attitude. Oh and the room. Dated and uncomfortable beds, but fairly clean.
