We sleep so well in the bed it was so comfortable, the rooms look exactly like the photos the outside shower area was lovely. The staff were also amazing an very welcoming. Check in process was easy.

It wasn’t within walking distance of the main area in Canggu although getting a bike was really easy

Das Personal war äußerst freundlich. Toller Service. Gute Lage. Großes Lob an Sepia, die uns jeden Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen hat.

Es gab leider keinen Kleiderschrank.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à l’hôtel. Le personnel est extrêmement attentif et fait de son mieux pour résoudre rapidement les petits imprévus. J’y ai fêté mon anniversaire et ils ont eu la délicate attention de décorer la chambre et de m’offrir un petit gâteau, ce qui m’a beaucoup touchée. Nous avons eu une petite fuite dans la chambre, mais l’équipe a réagi immédiatement et nous a offert un délicieux petit déjeuner en geste d’attention. La suite était très confortable et l’hôtel est bien situé : on rejoint facilement le centre en scooter en quelques minutes. Un endroit chaleureux que je recommande vivement!

We have been staying here since Covid times. The hotel is well located and the staff are friendly. The pool is good downstairs but I would say that the owners need to spend a little bit of money on upkeep as the rooms are starting to look tired

The rooms are starting to look a bit tired with all the hard water coming out of the pipes in Bali. Stains etc. Need to be deep cleaned and some equipment needs to be replaced such as showerhead which are a bit green. The bathroom also doesn’t have a great smell to it.

Кондиционер поломан Вид не соответствует картинке Ожидание —реальность ( фото ниже ) Сказали , что этот дом стоит уже тут 4 года , а фото с террасами старое ( фото снизу )
