Everything was perfect

This hotel has a stylish and interesting design, which makes it quite unique. However, the condition of the facilities leaves much to be desired. 🤦🏼‍♂️

The rooms are in poor condition: the paint is peeling, the faucets are not working properly, and everything feels hastily done, as if the repairs were done carelessly. There are ongoing construction works, which are also of low quality and add to the discomfort. Upon arrival, the bedding had stains and smelled of dampness and mildew. This was quite unpleasant and not what one would expect.

I really loved the breakfast. The communication with the staff was super smooth. They offered great service and pickup. Thank you!

Overall great place to stay - staff are very helpful, pool is nice and vibe overall feels nice, safe and secluded.

Location is abit further out from the action (will take you 10mins on bike to get to places depending on traffic).

The staff is amazing, especial thanks to Ray, Irma and Arges :)

Wi fi

Good breakfast, lovely staff, nice hotel design, away from the business of Canggu but only a 15 minute ride away from the action.

Unfortunately the hotel looks quite tired in some places and not as good as the photos so we were a bit disappointed. Our room design was beautiful but the open design wasn’t overly practical as it was very loud and when it rained it came into the room and rugs got wet. The bed was also very hard. The roof was also leaking and there were towels down to catch the water when we checked in, which is a bit poor for what we paid for this hotel we would expect this to either be resolved or offered to move to another room. The property needs quite a bit of maintenance overall, although we know it is under new ownership and it looked like some work was happening.
