Je me suis présenté vers 16h ayant payer juste avant par internet avec ma carte revolut. Porte fermée.concierge absent. Plusieurs appels sans réponse.jai eu un responsable de Marseille qui a annulé ma réservation et m'a assuré du remboursement que j'attends toujours. J'ai dû repartir à pied chercher un autre hôtel bien plus cher C'est une honte de traiter vos clients de la sorte, j'étais à pieds et je sortais d'examens medical
