Hotel Esmeralda

Nice and clean rooms. Location is very good in the city centre. Breakfast is quite good.

Very central, close to bus station. Nice bright airy room with good lighting. Spotlessly clean. Friendly staff.

Booking checkin said 2pm, but the hotel said 3pm. Breakfast pretty basic and no choice. Loud disco music nearby.

This was as a nice hotel room with breakfast. Check in was quick. We also had free parking. Breakfast was the usual fare for Chilean places.

I would have liked some cereal available for breakfast. One lightbulb was out.

Everything was fine at Hotel Esmeralda : the location, the staff. We were entitled a room with no view at all : it was such a wall behind the window ; I just asked if we could change room and they granted us another room viewing the street. This one was noisy but we preferred the have a view on something...

it's the first time we got a breakfast with coffee powder ; I am just wondering why it is so... there are customers and they should be satisfied with a real coffee in the morning. Moreover, each time you want a cup of coffee, you have to call for somebody bringing you hot water and milk.. .it would be more convenient if we can self-serve... there's another thing we didn't appreciate is the table in the room ; it was very small... fortunately I could go in a room where they have 3 pool tables, and I arranged myself a working table for my computer, tablet and a notebook.
