AC did not work good. I paid for balcony and could not use balcony. my second room the room leaked so I got a regular room and paid for a balcony room

Accommodating friendly staff allowed me to pick my room from the ones available as I wanted the big bath tube but then I decided to keep the seaview, It had a very homely atmosphere very peaceful in the evening to sit out in front of the ocean and stare at the stars.

Great place for family with kids. The host/owner were very accomodating and the breakfast is superb. Definitely will come back soon.

Where to start? Frankly, I do not understand the high rating of this place. We were travelling with an infant, no baby crib nor baby chair available. We switched rooms (first room was on the road side, very noisy) and the new room had spider webs and a very very old and used bathroom. Maybe it's because we came late but the breakfast buffet was a disaster, so was the restaurant food. They put vinegar on everything and pasta was undercooked. All of this for almost 70 EUR per night. Worst place during our 2 months stay in the Philippines. We wanted to cancel our second night, the host said okay, but afterwards still charged 50% of the price through Booking. Avoid at all costs!

It definitely had a home away from home vibes to it, and the staff was calm and friendly. Also for the free breakfast they definitely give you a good amount of food. Too much for me personally ;) but it won't be for some others. Also if you happened to need some quick transportation. The owners does have answers for you in solving that problem. So if you like to stay out of the city? Give this place a shot.

The owners are the BEST. Virginia is so kind and accommodating. I rented a room for my sister and her new husband right after their wedding. Ms. Virginia even allowed us to rent the garden room downstairs to do a pre-wedding photo shoot which was so nice of her. My sister said the rooms are immaculate and beautifully decorated, they even included robes for both of them. The European style breakfast was delicious and complimentary which was a huge blessing. The views from their balcony room were stunning. 10 out of 10, highly recommend to everyone. Our family will absolutely stay here again in the future.

Virginia and her staff are extremely cordial and entirely focussed on their guest's experience. This place is a gem, a real rarity for the region. The best Philippine resorts are noted for their top notch personal service and highly manicured facilities but Flores is appreciably different in that the entire experience down to the menu, the library of books found in the public areas has such a casually elegant european charm. I know of no other place in Cebu where one can have a crisp cold San Miguel Pilsen while have Scotch Quail eggs and a big steaming plate of crisp fish and chips. This is not a place to go and expect to engage in drinking and karaoke every night, it is relaxing, quiet and oh so very comfortable. Next time I come I expect to bring my wife as it would imagine it could be quite romantic to spend another getaway at Flores.

Since this is the east coast of Cebu, the shoreline is rocky and a bit difficult to keep free of debris. However, the view and vistas are amazing and as far as getting my feet wet, they have a stellar pool.
