internet was not functional in the room. so I asked to give another room. was told to pay 500Rs more for the room which I agreed. on checkout I was asked to pay 1000 which I refused. Internet stopped working at around 12:00 at night. Hot water was a struggle for showering. Beds were very dirty even found hair in the bed.

Too many things promised via the app, too little provided in person. They are understaffed and ill equipped. Shower head and taps are so choked, there is hardly any water coming out of it. Our deal had breakfast included, and the guy at first disregarded the booking deal then came back with one aalo parantha each without any beverage. I understand that you are understaffed but don’t promise stuff that you can’t deliver. I tried reaching out the owner, nobody responded, despite their numbers pasted everywhere stating that any suggestions or complaints can be discussed with them directly.
