Masseria Cervarolo

The most unique experience staying in a Trulli 😍. The room was perfectly appointed for the environment. It was like staying in a country farm house. Grounds and setting were beautiful. Enjoyed sitting on our outdoor chairs and just soaking in the surroundings. We fell in love with Masseria Cervarolo. The only disappointing experience was the full tasting menu. We were so excited to try it and it could have been so much better. Almost like they were trying so hard to make it so fancy that it missed the mark. We have experienced over the top (including Michelin) restaurants and this totally missed. A ‘farm to table’ simple tasting menu with local ingredients would be absolutely stunning! Having said that, the staff was wonderful and we would definitely go back. One ‘heads up’ , when driving there…you may feel you are going the wrong way… down a gravel road and large gates which are imposing but not to fear. You are in the right place. Just ring the buzzer at the gates and you will be welcomed with open arms. Enjoy your stay!!!

Das Zimmer war okay, hat aber weder Pool Blick noch Gartenblick, sondern ein Blick zum Innenhof neben der Rezeption. Schade.

Fantastic hotel in a beautiful setting. Good location for day excursions but equally lovely to relax by the pool. The food at the restaurant was phenomenal and really good value, with excellent wine accompaniments. The staff at the hotel were so friendly and helpful, we cannot wait to go back.

Delightful ! We stayed at Masseria Cervarolo for 4 nights . The rooms and grounds are beautiful . The breakfast superb and the staff were friendly and helpful .

This Masseria was perfect. A beautiful location, property and room. The proximity to all sites in Puglia was outstanding. The tasting menu dinner was delicious. And the value for all of this cannot be beat. Highly recommend.

We had the most wonderful stay at Masseria Cervarolo! The entire setup is simply stunning — surrounded by centuries-old olive trees, beautifully rustic rooms, and grounds that are impeccably maintained. What impressed us the most was the outstanding service and exceptional food. Every detail showed care and quality, making our experience unforgettable. The pool area and bar are equally beautiful, offering the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. We cannot recommend this Masseria enough — it’s truly a gem. 10/10!

Very good time at Masseria Cervarolo ! Feel at home and everybody was very friendly. We loved spending time around the swimming pool. We will go back again ;)
