"the Guest house owner didnt help us"

none, due to my booking didnt confirmed at this Guest house eventhough was confirmed with booking.com.

Booking .com already charged me but i didnt stay in this guest house because , the guest house was refused our stay due to they no confirmarion on the end eventhough was confirmed with booking .com. request reimbursement from booking .com

The place was fine , the room was ok and clean, the AC was not working that well. There was no hot shower,the bathroom needs a little more cleaning. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The Beds were uncomfortable,they were deformed

I understand that Sumatra is a Muslim region. But at 5 in the morning you will listen for an hour to the calls of the muezzin

Staff were helpful, bed was so comfy, great wifi for Padang. Location is right beside the beach and not too far walk from the mall where you can get a lot of amenities.
