The staff wanted to help as much as they could and the transfer to another hotel was successful without any additional explanations. I guess they knew in advance that this would happen.

In the first room, the bed linen and towels were absolutely filthy and I asked to change them, which the staff did. The lock on the room was broken and we got a new room. The bed linen and towels there were also so dirty that we couldn't even imagine sleeping in them. The floors were dirty. We asked to change to another hotel (Lakeview) which was better. Both accommodations are overpriced, the pictures online are much nicer than reality. It is worth paying attention to hygiene and cleaning properly between residents or lowering the prices significantly.

It was dirty, we complained about the bathroom cleanliness. Nothing was provided as stated on the web site. They said they would clean it but it didn’t happen. The breakfast area was just a shack, I couldn’t eat there, as there were insects crawling over the bread.

Basic breakfast. Location was handy to the beach. Friendly staff.

filthy bathroom, toilet was very dirty. Pillows were very old and tiny. Noisy doors througout night - locks are difficult and loud to use. Construction next door.

The pillows and beds were of poor quality Breakfast can be better. The travel desk tie up was an over zealous person..

No power backup was there. I stayed half of the night without electricity. The bed spreads and pillow was smelling. I booked 3day but cancelled in one night

Location is very good for exploring the city and visiting the beach. Facilities were amazing, shower was always warm and bed was comfortable. Was very good value for money even during the film festival.
