Good location next to lake. Good parking.

No elevator.

Hotel in and outside is very clean. Good car parking. Breakfast at the restaurant reasonble.

Staf at the reception not give the direction where where we must go, So me and my Thai spouse went back carrying with our Luggage. I think looking in there mobile phone is more important.to find our room. Wen wet the floor tiles outside at the walkway from the parking lot between the building and the buschees are slippery.

The view from my room was breathtaking, overlooking Phayao lake, lotuses at the banks, and mountains. Very peaceful environment, clean and safe parking. The room was fully equipped with modern furnitures and clean. A+ for the receptionist!

The fridge had very strong durian smell. The maid should be extra careful with this issue. Almost got a fine for this.

The bed is so comfy and hard so I don't get back pain after travelling a long way. The room decoration is nice.

The light and noise from outside made me having some troubles during the night as there is a little space between the door rim. I recommend to bring earplugs and eye blind to get a good sleep as the bed is so comfy.

Bathroom tap was loose and so was the toilet seat!
