Nettes Hotel direkt am Stadtzentrum. Komfortables Zimmer mit sehr guter (leiser) Klimaanlage, großzügiges Bad. Gute Auswahl und reichhaltiges Frühstück, es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

The location was great, close to city center, Pilsen Beer museum and football arena. The room was very clean and quiet. The furniture’s decoration was basic. The parking option was good , although chargeable.

Actually this hotel cannot be mentioned as a 4* hotel. Max, 3*…There is no elevator. The communication with the receptionist was not so clear as the lady wasn’t speaking clearly English, although she was a smiling person. The breakfast was basic to low quality and quantity..There was no lactose-free milk , when I asked for it. There was no 24hours reception. During the checkout was nobody in the reception and I had to search for an employee between the dining room and the upper floor for at least 8min to inform him for my check out!! I don’t know how this hotel is characterized as a 4* hotel…

- ylimmän eli 2 kerros huone tunkkainen. Alakerran keittiön käryt olivat huoneessa sinne tullessa. - vain yksi minulle liian iso/paksu tyyny.
