The location, breakfast was really good.

The staff is not appropriate for working in the hospitality sector. At the reception desk the 2 guys were clumsy with arranging and leaving the parking, in the morning they were having coffee in the breakfast room when the guest were having breakfast. The young girl/waitress in the breakfast area was unable to say hello to the guests and was conversating with the reception guy instead of working. The hotel is nice but needs better and improved ventilation system and professional staff.

Struttura facilmente raggiungibile in auto , e molto comoda per andare in centro città. Non abbiamo provato ristorante ma la colazione buona. Staff cordiale e preparato.

Stanza a livello strada. Per andarci bisogna uscire dalla struttura Non è stato possibile utilizzare la Spa Addebito di 500 kz per non aver riconsegnato la chiave magnetica della stanza

Poloha hotelu, příjemný personál.

Snídaně neodpovídala 4* hotelu, nic moc výběr, ale člověk se najedl…Za tu cenu bych čekala lepší služby. Na 3* by to možná dostačilo.

Sehr gute zentrale Lage, Parkplatz vorhanden. Grosses Zimmer, sehr sauber, deutsches Fernsehen

Möbel sehr schlicht und Wellness etwas versteckt neben dem Speiseraum und kostet extra. 1 kleine Sauna und ein Whirlpool . Leider nur Einzel Betten bekommen. Dachschräge
