The property is in a very nice location across the road from the beach, walking distance to restaurants and bars, Friendly staff. Hotel breakfast was good, Hotel is very clean

Even though you can walk 10-15 minutes to restaurants and bars, and the area having no Tuk-Tuk (baht bus) service, walking the road can be a little bit dangerous, (just be aware of your surroundings and you will be ok), I wish the hotel had motorcycle hire services, so we would be able to go exploring the area a little bit more

Cold meals evening meal not cooked on premises arrived cold not a great selection of available meal offered. Maybe ok for local residents
