Alle Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen waren freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber und die Betten sehr bequem. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und lecker, ist aber überwiegend auf Gäste aus dem asiatischen Raum ausgerichtet. Für uns war das kein Problem. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand und hat auch einen Pool. Ein 7/11 Store und viele Restaurants befinden sich in der Nähe. Für Ausflüge benötigt man aber ein Auto. Wir werden das Fortune- Hotel gern wieder besuchen.

Es gab nichts zu bemängeln.

Friendly staff. Clean rooms and great size. Good food and service in the restaurant. Cross the road onto the beach and a swim in the lovely sea. Well equipped gym and a good sized swimming pool looking over the sea.

There were two of us and we were only given one card key for the room. I requested a second one for my wife. They wanted a 300 bhat deposit, surely they can just issue a second card when requested or better still when two people are occupying the room, issue two cards automatically like most other hotels I stay at. This is a quality hotel these things should be standard.

Very clean rooms. Looks pretty New. Close to (clean( beach. Friendly staff. Lot of choice at breakfast, mainly Thai food, which I like. There is a gym and a swimming pool. In the evening there are restaurants in the neighborhood. In the weekend there are pop-up restaurants on the beach not too far from hotel. (Walking distance).

Really everything was great in this hotel, staff friendly and helpful, rooms are great, bed is fantastic including view over the sea! Breakfast buffet is very good with lots of choices.

Only 1 very small remark: the room door is rather difficult to open due to the door spring. This caused also that door not closes (locks) when going in or out of the room.
