Nice quiet location near the beach and all tourist attractions. Very polite and helpfull staff. Clean rooms, good breakfast choices. The hotel has its own parking lot, although not very big.

Cold room and bathroom, had to use all available blankets for the night. The patio at the entrance is dangerously uneven, due to the tree roots, should be fixed. More than 10 days after our stay at the hotel, we still have not received the invoice.
