THThe hotel is located very near to local pub that has extremely loud and still open even after midnight.

DKModern design and very nice breakfirst. Peaceful business-hotel near many good restaurant areas (e.g. Japanese and Chinese) and close to a cleaner night market than average. Upgrade price to King Size room was very modest at reception and had space for 2 children and very comfortable beds and balcony.
We had to change room to the Southern side direction Roi-Et tower as music was extremely loud from far away stage to the Nothern side of hotel until 3:30. Be sure to book accordingly.
DETHTHA VERY MEMORABLE VISIT TO THIS EXCEPTIONAL PROPERTY. FULL MARKS FOR CLEANLINESS, SUPER SUPER COMFORTABLE BEDS, STAFF , LOCATION AND VALUE FOR MONEY. I HAVE NO HESITATION IN RECOMMENDING THE HI- PLACE .I LOOK FOREWORD TO MY NEXT VISIT.PROBABLY THE BEST CHOICE IN ROI ET.

CHExtreme cold, emotionless Staff. No smile, no sabadi from Reception to breakfast Restaurant. Only smile and sabadi: from the cleaning Lady!
