Sehr schöne Höhenlage mit tollem Ausblick. Exzellentes Essen sowie Frühstück. Traumhafter warmer Außenpool, in dem man/ frau auch bei 11°C Außentemperatur wunderbar schwimmen konnte 👍🏻 Ruhiges Zimmer mit Ausblick. Separates WC.

Hervorragendes Essen im oufach andersch. Schöner kleiner Wellnessbereich. Sehr freundliches Personal besonders hervorheben möchte ich den jungen Mann, der die Koffer aufs Zimmer bringt und auch im Wellnessbereich für Ordnung sorgt. Absolut Gast orientiert.Er macht einen hervorragenden Job.

Zu wenig Wellness Handtücher. Liegen dauerhaft blockiert

Unglaublich schönes Hotel mit einer traumhaften Aussicht ins Tal. Es gibt zwei Wellnessbereiche mit allem was man braucht. Das Frühstück was phänomenal und auch das Personal war klasse. Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich, bequeme Betten. Die Umgebung ist fantastisch und auch die Gebäude vor allem auch das Rehgehege.

Beim Abendessen hat sich der Köllner leider nicht wirklich für uns interessiert und es hat sehr lange gedauert bis wir unsere Bestellung aufgeben konnten. Er kam nicht mal zwischendurch um zu fragen ob alles ok ist und wir etwas brachenY ich musste zwei weitere Personen ansprechen um den Hauptgang zu bestellen sowie die Rechnung. Schulung und vielleicht Prozessoptimierung wären super.

Unser Aufenthalt im Burghotel Staufeneck war zwar nur für eine Nacht – aber genau diese hat absolut Lust auf mehr gemacht. Die traumhafte Lage hoch über dem Filstal ist einfach einzigartig und schafft sofort eine besondere, ruhige Atmosphäre. Ein echtes Highlight war das Frühstück: außergewöhnlich hochwertig, vielfältig und mit viel Liebe zum Detail – ein perfekter Start in den Tag. Der Service war durchweg aufmerksam und herzlich, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Man merkt sofort, dass hier auf Qualität und Gastfreundschaft großer Wert gelegt wird. Ein kurzer Aufenthalt, der definitiv nach Wiederholung verlangt.
