"Satisfăcător,nu cred ca merita 5 stele…!!!"

Piscină,camera!

Personale nepoliticos(o parte din recepționere),gym nefuncțional,mic dejun slab,parcare cu plată…lipsa POS la bar,jacuzzi nefuncțional,la piscină nu funcționează cascadă și jacuzzi…am fost reținut la plecare 10’ să verifice dacă am consumat din minunatul din camera(fiind cu un copil de 10ani)…foarte cald în restaurant,se fuma pe terasă dimineața la mic dejun…

Breakfast VERY poor and VERY low quality. Parking paid and difficult to find a place where to park. They use bracelets for breakfast.. This is a 5* hotel, not an all inclusive! This hotel is AT MOST up to 3*.

Curățenia.

Personalul arogant, camera in acele căsuțe, nu in hotel. Vedere în.. parcare, mai exact langa balcon erau 3 4 mașini parcate. Mâncarea sub nivelul altor hotele care nu au nici măcar 2 stele. Slab, foarte slab.. totul învechit, iar personalul te priveau cu dezgust, la fel se adresau. Am vrut sa alegem calitate, dar lasă de dorit. Nu vom reveni!

Amplasarea,curățenia, facilitățile și personalul deservent hotelului!

Micul dejun a fost același timp de o săptămână, fix și clasic, produsele de o calitate medie în raport cu cele 5 stele atribuite hotelului!!!
