GBThought a great idea? But on arrival at terminal 2 from Sirlanka found toy astonishment I could not access pod as it was on air side my flight was in terminal 1 could not get boarding pass T2. No one would help me I'm 84yrs old? Disgusting 🤢
As above no help 84yrs with accommodation I had paid for but could not access! Not fully explained that could not be used endless connection was internal. Refused any help with 12hr stop over?

COAUGreat location. Pod was clean. Not busy. Could come and go for your whole reservation time. All guests were quiet.
The bathrooms are not cleaned after each shower use. Next time I’d take flip flops. The pods were noisy - could hear reception staff talking - but substantially better with ear plugs.
BGThis was the best decision I made during my 8-hour layover at Kuala Lumpur Airport. Choosing the Capsule Transit near Gate Q was absolutely worth it. Everything was extremely clean and very comfortable. I was able to take a hot shower, and all essentials were provided – including a towel, water, and toiletries, which made the stay even more convenient. I woke up feeling well-rested and refreshed. I highly recommend this to anyone with a long layover between flights – it’s truly the best thing you can do for yourself.
