The behaviour of the staff is the worst i have seen till date. Literally the worst they don’t know how to speak. I had really bad experience and sharing the same.

I recently stayed at the Hotel City Heart, very close to the Sai Baba Temple in Shirdi, and the experience was truly excellent. The location itself is a blessing—just a short walk from the temple, making darshan peaceful and convenient. The room facilities were outstanding: spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged to ensure a restful stay. Cleanliness was maintained impeccably throughout my visit, which added greatly to the sense of comfort. The ambience of the hotel was calm and welcoming, perfectly aligned with the spiritual atmosphere of Shirdi. What stood out the most was the staff—warm, courteous, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. Their hospitality made the stay feel personal and memorable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shirdi for darshan or a peaceful getaway.

I booked this hotel through Booking.com 2 days ago and had a very disappointing experience. The staff was rude and unhelpful. When we called the reception to ask questions, they did not respond properly and behaved very unprofessionally. The hygiene was extremely poor. There was a strong urine smell coming from every corner of the property. The rooms and common areas were not cleaned at all, and basic cleanliness standards were completely ignored. I paid ₹6000 for 2 rooms, and honestly, this place is not even worth ₹2000. The condition of the hotel does not match the description or expectations shown on Booking.com. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone and regret booking it. This experience was stressful and unacceptable.
