Very friendly staff, superb facilities, spacious room, and centrally located. They gave us a great recommendation for dinner.

The room was lovely, clean and very spacious - especially useful when travelling with a small child. The location of the hotel is great, with immediate access to the city. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

I was disappointed in the spa (sauna) and the breakfast. At this price-point, the spa (sauna) was not included in the price. It wasn't a lot of extra money, but I would rather suggest they increase the room price and just include the spa (sauna), because that's the main selling point when you compare the hotel to other accommodation options in Struga. You can find a nice clean room in many places, but I thought I booked a hotel with a sauna for a premium price point. The breakfast was not that good.

We stayed at Hotel Freya and overall had a very good experience. The room was surprisingly large and spacious, which was great for our family. Initially, we were disappointed because we booked the hotel expecting a free baby cot (as listed on Booking.com), but it turned out there were none available. However, the staff kindly arranged an extra bed in our room instead, which was a thoughtful gesture. The cleanliness of the hotel was good, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is excellent—right in the center of Struga, just steps from the main bazaar, which made it easy to explore the city. The only downside was the limited parking. The hotel has space for only about 6–7 cars, and it often got blocked or full. If you’re traveling by car, it might be a bit tricky. Overall, I’d recommend the hotel, especially for its spacious rooms, friendly staff, and central location.
