Nhân viên hồ bơi có thái độ khó chịu khi khách lưu trú tắm hồ bơi, chỉ muốn bán vé cho khách bên ngoài vào tắm. Hỏi khách ở đâu vào tắm đây? Tại sao, khách lưu trú tắm sao bên khách sạn không báo???? Rồi điện thoại làm ra vẻ quan trọng, to tiếng xác nhận có phải khách lưu trú không? Trong khi tôi ở Villa biệt lập, có hồ bơi riêng nhưng nước dơ và nồng nặc mùi clo nên không thể tắm được mới phải ra hồ bơi chung.
