Ban Thach Riverside Hotel & Resort

This hotel is located outside the city, room was very nice with view to the pool with balcony, towels were clean. Staffs spoke ok English, Breakfast was good enough for us. The hotel has two swimming and villa with private pool. The location is not right on the riverside as its name. We was ok with our one night stay.

We stayed here 1 night for 600’000 dong for a king size bed and a big balcony. Great shower. Excellent internet. Kettle and coffee! Bed side lamps! The restaurant was empty and underwhelming but the meals were fine in terms of quality and price. The hotel offers free breakfast which was fine. Didn’t use the pool or gym but enjoyed the view.

I was meant to stay here for 5 days only to be we only lasted 2 days. We asked where the resturant was and they replied that it's upstairs, they forgot to mention the part where they had no food. We get to our room, no fridge, dirty pool, no other guests! There was no food on the premise, no bar, not even a bottle of water. Also they don't take credit card and asked us to deposit the money into a random bank account and send the receipt to the receptionists personal email.

Only people there in a massive hotel, girl at check in said 'Government taken over hotel' whatever that is. No restaurant, no bar, just 2 staff. Wouldn't even take credit card when checked out early. Spooky place, best to avoid

Im staying in Room no 406 dtd 17/7/16. the property is new but AC doesn't work. Choice of food is limited and people don't speak English. Nonetheless , the guys are very understanding , polite and good hearted. They gave a room besides to Room no 406. AC doesn't work great .

Bicycled here from DaNang, was tired and needed to stop. This new hotel is an oasis on Highway 1. We were greeted by hotel staff (Mai) who spoke excellent English and was most helpful. Security took our bicycles to a secure on site parking garage. Hotel and surroundings well maintained, rooms modern and clean. Had dinner at the hotel, bit pricey, but food and service was most excellent! Wonderful place to stay if you are in the area. Thank you Mai for your kindness!

I stopped here for one night while cycling across Vietnam and had the greatest experience. May (I'm unsure of the correct spelling) checked me in and throughout my time there ensured I was always looked after and had everything I could want. She even took me out to the Monument for the Women before I headed off to the next destination. This is a great place to go to if you're looking for a little luxury away from the tourist crowds. I would highly recommend a stay here!!
