Excellent service. The team is amazing. It's quite rare when the team goes above and beyond, but this is exactly the case here. And their restaurant is excellent. If we lived in proximity, we would happily return as regular customers to the restaurant.

Located few mins of walking from the station In a lovely neighborhood

I was asked to provide my personal info handwritten on a paper sheet (quite traditional when it's now a tech world!) I was shown a bill at time of check in to pay for the room, and I had to ask them to double check that I had already paid on booking.com Inconvenient access (need a card to even enter the building besides climbing up and down the room) Quite worn out furniture & curtains were not only extra long but transparent for not much privacy

There is nice restaurant which is part of hotel. It is very peacefull and Calm, Well connected via trains.

Breakfast is not applicable. I liked the quiet location in a small clean town. The room was clean and comfortable.

I think two things could be improved. Please put a sign near the door to the rooms with instructions on how to use the magnetic key and to also turn the knob. Try to put a small shelf in the shower for soap, shampoo, etc.

Cosy room, very welcoming and helpful staff. Calm surroundings, all in all a great stay. Tea kettle and tea in the little hallway came in very handy :)
