Highly recommended indeed. Both gentlemen speak English quite well. The room and bathroom are new or recently refurbished. Bed was comfortable. It was cold on arrival but A/C fixed it quickly.

It was a challenge to find it. Even when I found yard entrance with hotel logo I was not able to find hotel. In any case after I call to reception they come to show me the place.

Room was clean

There is a long list, including significant differences to the information given on booking.com: (1) the place doesn't correspond to the pictures, for example, there is no large eating area with a fireplace but a very small office-reception-style kitchen with a table and a sofa (2) The address is not the same one given on booking.com, making it difficult to find the property (and not exactly inspiring confidence) (3) The price listed on booking for breakfast is "5 EUR"; after (!) having booked (no possibility of cancelling) our "hosts" suddenly insisted on 25 GEL (almost double) and ignored that the price on booking.com was different and lower. (4) The hosts were extremely difficult to contact (not a language barrier) to the point that when we wanted to leave we couldn't find anyone to check out or pay for our stay The list goes on... Unfortunately the only bad experience we had in 2 weeks in many different places in Georgia

- The location is superb indeed: in the centre of Telavi, everything is reachable by foot - The room is quite big and equipped with everything you might need (towels, slippers, soap, shower gel, hair dryer) - The host is welcoming and ready to help

- It's almost impossible to find the place! On any map, if you type the address, you will end up in the street with constructions everywhere! We had to call the host and ask the way to the premises

Great location, clean and comfortable rooms, nice garden. The best place in Telavi

We had slight problem to find the place, but staff made sure that everthing is perfect. There are not a lot of room for car parcking next to the hotel.
