SPOT ON Durba 2

Dear Sir, I have booked a room in SPOT ON Hotel Durba 2 in Tezpur Assam today 26/05/2023 through OYO mobile my booking id is CYPC5768. Which was also paid by Google Pay for Rs.527/-. When I reached Durba Hotel at 8 pm, the manager present there said that we don't have any online booking and I don't know where is SPOT ON Hotel Durba 2. From 8 pm to 10 pm, kept searching Hotel Durba 2 at the said location, and repeatedly called 08035295715 about 10-12 times but got no response. The people around here are also telling the same thing that Hotel Durba 2 is nowhere here. Such a big fraud is being done by your big brand, that the public gets upset at night. Because of your fraud, we had to take a room of Rs.3360/- in another hotel elsewhere. Because of you, I am very upset mentally and physically. You return Rs.527/- and Rs.3360/- to compensate for your mistake. If my case is not settled at the earliest, I will take the matter to the court.

Not existing at given location. Doubt at it existing at all! Nobody around knows it. There is only Durba 1 but they wont let you do check-in. Had a hard time finding another room as most hotels are not allowed to accomodate foreigners

They don't accommodate if the the booking has been done with any online method, so they denied my booking .

There have no spot on dhurva 2, it's a scam. False location, But There have only" Dhurva' hotel, they haven't working on online booking.. Manager take advantage of situation. Fully unsatisfied,because the name of spot on dhurva 2 is not available
