"Comfortable, clean, Frendily staff"

Staff were wonderful, beds were very comfortable

The kids play area was right outside our room and we could hear people chatting outside past 10pm. Also at 7am the following morning there was work/maintenance going on, just constant hammering and it kept us awake that we decided to just get up. Good value for money, understandable breakfast was extra but to use the pool, we had to book a time slot and it cost €20 for 45mins, wish we had known prior to booking of these extra costs.

El lugar, personal e instalaciones 🙂

Que me cobren más por ser temporada alta pagando MUCHÍSIMO MAS de lo que se paga en fechas normales y me pongan de excusa que cierran el spa al estar en fiestas... Si se paga más se han de dar todos los servicios. Para cerrar el spa por "mantenimiento" está la temporada baja. Fue algo decepcionante y la situación me entristecio... Si vas a un hotel que tiene Spa en su nombre, esperas encontrar un spa.

Nos hemos alojado en spa hotel ciudad de Teruel dos adultos y dos niños y la verdad es que para venir con niños es ideal ya que el hotel es por y para ellos, no falta nada, tienen minicine, sala de juegos, disfrutaron mucho en el dinospa...el desayuno está muy bien. La habitación perfecta.

La ubicación no es la mejor, ya que está en un polígono industrial, pero en 8 minutos estás con el coche en Teruel y en otros 8 estás en dinópolis. Por poner un pero, el colchón era muy duro.

Ingenting, eller jo, senga var bra!

Ligger midt i ett industriområde. Det står det ingenting om. Bassengområdet var stengt og det ble ikke servert mat før kl 20:00. Den var dyr og hverken så bra ut eller smakte godt!!
