The location is very close to the beach. The room was very clean and everything was new as shown in the description pictures.

Dimitris is the perfect host, attentive, always available, willing to go the extra mile to help and a great communicator. The rooms are spacious enough, well equipped and everything is brand new, top notch appliances, perfect aircon, double glazed windows for a night and morning total silence (you don't even hear the screaming fruit seller nor any neighbour ). The bathroom is modern, super clean like the rest of the flat. The beds have special and comfy mattress and the pillows are also great to sleep on. You are literally walking distance (3 minutes) from the main beach, one supermarket, and a few restaurant BUT you are not on the main road so no noise form the road in front. Parking is always available in front. Mosquito nets are new and everywhere, so no mosquito, ever.

Nothing, really I am always very critical but I cannot say anything bad about this place. Perfect host, he place is relaxing, clean, silent and close to everything, just perfect!
