"Wonderful stay on the ranch."

Great stay at Cougar Ridge. Wonderful Casita with everything you need to feel at home. A welcome change from the hotels that we stayed in leading up to here. Very convenient for Capital Reef. Staff were great and took the time to let our girls feed the animals and spend time in the ranch. Highly recommend.

Breakfast logistics could have been better communicated. They have a kitchen that you can grab things from to eat in your casita. Also works well, once you figure it out!!

"The best stay I could think of. Would love to return one day."

Absolutely great place to stay! It's based on the farm so you can stroll around and communicate with wonderful friendly goats, lamas, horses etc. The suits are super new, clean and equipped with everything necessary. Great kitchenette, very nice view. The breakfast was also very good, special thanks for wonderful coffee machine. Overall, a great place!

Really nothing you can dislike about this place!

"One of my most favorite stays ever"

The location was just perfect for proximity to Capitol Reef National Park—just about 10 minutes away. The ranch had horses, goats, a donkey, llamas, and one of the coolest dogs I’ve ever met. My kids were just crazy about all the animals. We stayed in a villa, and from the moment we walked in, we were overwhelmed with its charm and size and view of the farm and mountains. We only planned to stay one night before driving back to Salt Lake City, but we loved it so much that we decided to extend our stay an extra night about five minutes after arriving!
