Struttura accogliente, pulita, staff cordiale e disponibile. Ci ho soggiornato con un'amica una notte per visitare i mercatini di natale e il castello Thun, e per andare alla terme di Merano. Ottimo rapporto qualità dei servizi prezzo!

Struttura pulita Staff cortese e disponibile Ristorante km 0 Cibo davvero davvero di qualità

Temperatura eccessivamente alta in camera, non abbiamo potuto regolare il termostato. Bagnoschiuma inesistente in doccia. Cuscini ultra sottili A nostro malgrado una comitiva di turisti ha fatto rumore fino alle 3 del mattino. (Nessuna colpa della staff) che si sono anche dispiaciuti.
