Unfortunately I can't leave a review because they had a wedding and the manager upgraded my stay to hotel esplanada, which was a disaster. I wish I had stayed at City Hotel even with the music. Next time I'm in Tulcea I'll definitely book another room and stay here.

The so call upgrade I have chosen.
