AM Palace

The room was very comfortable, and I really liked the big terrace. The breakfast on the rooftop was excellent, and the lounge bar up there was also very cool, great atmosphere! There were plenty of parking spaces, and the location was convenient, not too far from the beach by car.

Even though the room was comfortable, the photos online don’t really reflect the actual size, the room looked much bigger in the pictures, but in reality it was just a standard-sized hotel room. Also, the first thing you see when entering the hotel is a broken TV, which was a bit disappointing. It didn’t really affect our stay, but it would be nice if everything looked well-maintained.

ÜBERHAUPT NICHTS!!!!!!!!!! Nur LUG UND BETRUG!!!!!!!!

Der sogenannte 'Chef' ist der unfreundlichste Mensch der mir jemals begegnet ist. Alles LUG UND BETRUG!!!!! Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit 35m² gebucht. Letztendlich war das Zimmer nicht mal 18m² groß, es war schmutzig und das Bett sehr klein. Die Ameisen waren im Dauerlauf!!!! Auf die Frage, warum das Zimmer nicht dem entspricht wie es bei booking angegeben ist, kam nur die Antwort: "Wenn es euch nicht passt, dann könnt ihr gehen 😡" Er ist überhaupt nicht gastfreundlich, Im Gegenteil, er hat sich mit seiner voll unfähigen Rezeptionsmitarbeiterin über uns lustig gemacht. Der Strand ist nur mit dem Auto erreichbar und er ist 6 Kilometer entfernt. Das Frühstück ist ein absoluter Witz, die Wurst, der Käse und der Butter liegen ungekühlt auf. Der Kaffee eine absolute Frechheit, Instantkaffee!!!! Die Absteige liegt in einem Wohngebiet, ringsum ist nichts, hat keinen Aufzug und keiner der sich anbietet, mit dem Gepäck zu helfen. Wir hatten uns dazu entschlossen, nach 2 Nächten abzureisen, von 4 gebuchten und bezahlten Nächten. Wir möchten nichts mit Betrügern zu tun haben!!!!!
