Perfect location and perfect stuff.

Very friendly staff, every morning they prepare daily updates on what guests can do/use. An Almencard was part of the stay, allowing you to use free public transport and entrance to museums. As part of the accommodation, we received free admission to the aqua center in nearby Brixen. The accommodation has a ski storage room and a wellness center with a Finnish sauna, a steam room, a Kneipp path and a whirlpool. The lower station of the cable car can be reached on foot (approx. 900 m), by ski bus (1 station and the bus stops not far from the hotel) or go up approx. 150 m to the nearby blue slope, go down to the lift and let the anchor pull you to the main slope).

Amazing hospitality, great location.

The best thing about this place is that is a little bit outside the main touristic areas but it's perfect for those people who are looking for some time off the grid. This does not undermine the fact that every other major place is reachable fairly easy. It has a small spa perfect for a regenerating break after a long day in the mountains. The staff is super cordial and available for all your requests and the breakfast is definitely a surprise!

Great staff were very supportive and friendly. They printed daily "news" for the guests (originally in German / Italian, for us they translated it via Google) with a lot of helpful local recommendations. We ended up exploring many of the suggestions and they were all great. Breakfast was fresh and yummy, especially the yogurt, and the staff kindly checked in with us every morning to make sure everything was going well. Staying in the town, Vals, was a delight. 20-30 minutes drive to everything we wanted to see in the Dolomites, but also out of the way from busy traffic and tourist roads. We walked around to the local Musikfest one Sunday, and there was a lively community event with live orchestra music, BBQ chicken and spaetzle. Only one restaurant in the town (the pizza restaurant), but it was wonderful and we ate there several times. Sauna in the hotel was small but well-heated, and we made use of it almost every day after hiking. Lovely views from our room.

Wifi didn't reach the rooms well, but was reasonable in the lobby. Wish the kitchen was better stocked with cooking basics like salt, pepper, oil, but staff allowed us to use some salt from the breakfast area one of the nights when we were cooking before we were able to pick up our own.

Staff is very good and helpful, location of hotel is very very good and nice hotel . Definitely i will recommend others to stay here

This hotel is very good there is nothing to dislike but would suggest hotel to provide guest with kettel and tea but over all nice place to stay

Super clean, extremely nice staff. Free all day tickets to nearby Aquaarena!
