Na izbe nás čakala misa s ovocím a ku a la carte večeri bol podávaný welcome drink. Vývar bol výborný… Na raňajky bola na výber aj jemná praženica na cibuľke, čo sa nevidí v hoteloch často. Rovnako pečivo bolo chutné a čerstvé. Všetko servírované jedlo hodnotíme na 10/10.

Wellness v hoteli trošku slabší na wellness hotel.. Bazenová časť s detmi nie je oddelená od saunovej a oddychovej zóny. Vonkajšia vírivka bola vypnutá napriek tomu, že bolo chladno na vonkajší bazén. Vnútorná vírivka bola nepretrzite obsadena, aj ked hosti nebolo vela. Sprchove hlavice vo wellnesse boli mali slabý prietok kvôli usadenému vodnému kameňu.

The receptionist was extremely unfriendly when we refused to pay the amount she indicated, and booked a room through the app cheaper. No elevator. Sheets with holes. There is only one set of detergents in a standard suite for two people. There is no free drinking water, no kettle. In the application stated view from the window on the garden - but the view of the parking lot. The spa is open from 10 to 21. You don't exercise in the morning before breakfast, and you have to finish early in the evening for both rest and dinner. The breakfasts are terrible. Not tasty everything. Omelette disgusting, croissants like stale bread, pistachio paste layered and leaking oil. Breakfast until 10.00, but at 9.30 food and even water is already gone, and no one replenishes stocks.

Everything was nice, I would recommend to a good friend.:)

The check in was a bit slow.

My recent stay at Hotel Vinnay on April 3rd was a mixed bag. While the culinary offerings impressed, with satisfying food options, other aspects of the experience left much to be desired. Upon check-in, I encountered an unfriendly receptionist, a slim lady with black hair, whose demeanor was less than welcoming. Her brusque request for my passport set a disappointing tone for the stay. Entering the room, I was disappointed to find cleanliness lacking, as evidenced by an uncleaned robe left hanging. Additionally, the sauna experience was marred by a noticeable odor in the water, detracting from what should have been a relaxing amenity. Despite these setbacks, the redeeming factor was undoubtedly the quality of the food. However, for future guests, I hope the hotel management addresses these issues promptly to ensure a more enjoyable stay overall.
