Wästinn

This place is a gem! Premium room was spacious and clean, host was nice and everything was well thought through to the detail. Definitely worth having dinner and breakfast. It was a hot summer day which we spent on the property beach (which was lovely and quiet). Room price included one hour wood heated traditional sauna. Pittoresk and beautiful summer vacation place for the one who loves old and new combined.

Nothing to complain.

I loved Westin. I was looking for a place just like that, quiet, in the nature, by the water, with sauna, and I got it all. It was so peaceful, and it was so nice to wake up each day and hear the birds sing. I would make my coffee and go and sit by the pier and watch the seagulls dive for fish. There were hiking trails nearby that I took advantage of almost every day. I packed my lunch and went walking in the woods. It is so safe there and I never saw anyone else. It was also really early in the season and I went hiking on weekdays so I did not expect to see anyone. It was also close to Vaasa and it was easy to go shopping for a day. I had couple of dinners that were extra and they were exceptional. I would highly recommend taking advantage of the meal options. I have many restrictions on my meals due to food intolerances and they still managed to make such wonderful meals for me.

Westin was exactly what I was looking for so I would not change a thing. If you want glossy, high powered, fast, and sleek hotel with modern designs, this place is not for you, but if you want to get close to nature, unwind and relax, Westin is the perfect place.

The view from our room was amazing, the hosts were very friendly. My daughter burnt her hand and the emäntä of the house have kindly given us some cream to take care of it :) Thank you!

The host taught me how to use the wooden sauna, really wonderful, and the view is fantastic and it is free to use the bike:) I will be back again.

Very comfortable and well equipped cabin, beautiful and peaceful location

We loved staying at Wästinn! We were greeted by the friendly host who gave us some recommendations for the rainy day and in the evening, we spent time in the authentic finnish sauna. The room was decorated with a lot of love and you could tell that a lot of thought goes into making the guests feel right at home. Can highly recommend!

Our stay at Wästinn was truly a unique and memorable experience. A beautiful slice of nature on the shore of a lake, charming cottages, very friendly and helpful hosts... The included spa every day followed by a quick dip in the lake was definitely a highlight of our stay. Thank you to Kristian and Pang for an amazing experience! P. S. The homemade breakfast with produce from the garden was delicious
