The train ride to Wengen takes approximately 12 minutes. Upon prior request, the hotel offers a pick-up service from Wengen train station to the property. Please note that all reservations for the following dates 24/12/2024 - 25/12/2024 and 31.12.2024, a half board booking is mandatory in order to complete reservation. "Top Lage"

Die Lage ist super. Schöne Zimmer, gutes Frühstück. SPA ist ok.

Schlechte Kommunikation. Keine Informationen, wir mussten alles erfragen. Kaum Deutsch sprechendes Personal, ohne gute Englischkenntnisse ist es schwierig.

La chambre au 5e était spacieuse et propre. La salle bien fonctionnelle.

Je trouve vraiment dommage que le personnel ne parle pas l'Allemand. Je parle français de naissance, je maîtrise le Suisse Allemand, on leur parle en Allemand et ils répondent en anglais. On nous apprend à parler dans la langue locale d'où on se trouve.... Bref, détail mais ça me dérange

The location was great - right across from the little train station which was very helpful for an early morning departure. We had a balcony overlooking the town with a stunning view of the Alps. We had a free breakfast both mornings but since we left the last day before the buffet opened they sent us off with a bag of sandwiches and fruit for the train ride. They also gave us a coupon to use in the restaurant at street level and a discount on the Mannlichen cable car.

Only complaint was the tub/shower which was a little difficult getting in and out of. Handrail would have been helpful as well as a shower curtain rather than a partial piece of glass.

"Ich werde wieder kommen"

Ich habe ein Zimmer Nr. 403 bekommen, den Balkon Aussicht war der Hammer...mit Jungfrau Aussichten, am morgen früh oder bei den Sonnenuntergang war es sehr schön!

Ich finde bei den Rezeption könnten 1 Personal Deutsch sein, sonst ist ein bisschen schwierig falls die Leute kein Englisch können, weil wir in der Schweiz sind.
