The hotel is close to Woking town and is a typical up-market 'pub' that does decent food and some good beers on tap. Most rooms are at the back and away from the potential noise. Rooms comfortable and as expected with a good walk-in shower in ours. Very friendly staff. Good choice at breakfast at reasonable prices.

The car park is small and 'fat' vehicles may struggle to park even if a space is available. Otherwise it's street parking and that is not free.

A larger room than expected with a comfy bed. Quiet and the staff in the pub were great. Only here one night for work but would recommend.

Staff were attentive. Facilities were FAB. The ambience was perfect for a Country Inn. Good quality curtain.

As a front sleeper. The bed was a little hard, but that is personal preference.

The staff were curious and professional. Quick and precise. As an ex publican I can safely say this is a well run establishment run with pride and customer service at the front of house strengths.. excellent, I recommend with ease. Only marked down due to Lack of time to use the bar and restaurant so cannot comment but impressions were positive as a friendly family traditional pub. 10/10. Thank you..

Good sized family room, modern refitted en-suite and really comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great value too especially with parking included.

MOULD…Unacceptable amount of mould in the bathroom… in the shower around all the sealant, in the grout, make sure you’ve eaten if you dare look at what I found under the sink plug & overflow 🤢 this is purely down to poor housekeeping standards. Also to mention the toilet seat was broken and filthy where the back of the lid hinges to the seat. I was roomed in a twin when I had booked for a double - it was not possible to re-room me so I pushed the beds together and got on with it. After a poor nights sleep in night 1 the staff were very helpful and requested that it was made up as a double which helped.
