入住櫃檯要死不活，問話也不會回 還跟我說他不會用這什麼booking網站，然後每天都一副欠他錢一樣 請問櫃檯洗衣精需要收費嗎？ 只會說不知道自己去看 ，這樣也叫前台？！？住8天 ，8天櫃檯沒有能給一次好臉色的，問為什麼住八天只肯給一張房卡呢？外出很麻煩小孩在睡覺 卡也不能抽掉 ，前台回答 ：因為我們卡不夠啊！…….. 我沒有花錢住宿嗎？我們三間房一次入住八天，只肯一個房間給一張卡片… 小孩在睡覺 ，我們都不能外出了…. 問什麼前台不管男還女 永遠態度就是 「我不知道」，我不知道，我不知道.. 這是前台？！？！？？ 還有每天早上8:30就敲門問要不要打掃 能不能幫幫忙一點 每天都8-9:00就敲門要不要打掃 是不能正常時間10:00後在敲門嗎？不能等我們掛牌在打掃嗎？ 到底這是…… 房間廁所一直積水 排水口沒有蓋子還很臭，冷氣漏水，房卡感應不到頻頻斷電..我明白你們大陸區域貴酒店不欠客人 但是我真的感覺櫃檯有一位下午班女性員工 你能不能稍微有點素質出來，尊重一點人啊 問什麼都說我不知道 我不懂我不知道 該七天酒店保全很好 打掃大姐很好 我就不知道你們櫃檯前台一個男的一個女的是怎樣，不想上班不會回家吃自己

Guy at the front desk was polite and helpful. Room was comfortable and very clean.

Older man helping at the front desk did a 5-second long noisy spit and flung it out the front door as I was standing at reception. He should have some understanding that foreigners find this extremely rude.

Location is good with local food for breakfast.

The attitude of the check in staff is not acceptable at all. No greetings even though I greeted her. Showing long face like you owe her million dollar.
