Location, staff, facilities, and food.

- The host is very friendly and speaks English which was very useful for us. - Nice location with a clean pool that we used on a hot day to cool down. - The room has a good size, very spacious. - We got good recommendations for food options close by. - We were able to book a taxi for a suitable rate through the accommodation. Too bad that we had to leave early in the morning to catch our flight. We would have loved to try the delicious breakfast that was recommended in other reviews :)

Everything! The Staff were so welcoming and accommodating ! The amenities were perfect and the views were great. A beautiful place to be with family, relax and have a wonderful retreat knowing Fernando, Paola and Valentina would take care of all your needs.

The property is located close to the airport so it was nice after arriving late at night. It’s a beautiful property with lots to do, especially with kids, and the people that work there are incredibly friendly. They made sure we were comfortable, made us coffee and a delicious breakfast and made sure we had everything we needed. They also helped us arrange transport to Salento. We would love to come back with our family and spend a few days here.

The noise of cars on the highway. But that's a minor thing. Actually the hotel rooms are pretty far from the street.
